My piece cracked or broke
Every precaution is taken to safeguard your piece. Due to the extreme 2200 degree firing temperature, there is a small chance your piece may need to be remade. Should your item break or crack, you are welcome to remake it or have us remake it at no cost. We apologize in advance, should this occur, but pottery typically has a 30% failure rate and our failure rate is currently around 5% for all classes due to our meticulous efforts.
